Dr. Scott McEldowney, D.C., F.A.A.C.A, Dipl. Ac. (AACA)
Hello, I'm Dr. McEldowney and I wanted to share a few things about myself with you. I grew up in both Klamath Falls, OR and Boise, ID. I served my time with the Idaho Air National Guard from 1983 to 1989. I attended both Boise State University and Portland State University where I completed my undergraduate studies in pre-medicine. I then moved to Dallas, TX where I attended Parker College of Chiropractic and received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (graduated in 1992) and became certified in Acupuncture. I have received a number of certifications in auriculotherapy and acupuncture and currently have a Fellowship and a Diplomate with the American Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture.
After graduating Parker College, I began my first practice in Klamath Falls. I practiced with my step-father (Dr. Ed Viets) until 1997 at which time, I moved down to Texas where I opened a practice in Plano, TX. After 10 years in Texas I was more than ready to move back to Oregon.
My wife Rhonda and I share 3 beautiful girls (Nicole 15, Morgan 13, and Paige 12) and one boy (Peyton 13).
My number one goal for my practice is that I can help as many people as possible to live a happy, pain free, and healthy life!
Sincerly,
Dr. Scott McEldowney
